Member management services

When your members need information, we deliver.  Harmony provides the care, quality, and consistency in customer service that you need to keep members engaged and involved through:

Administration, maintenance and management

Harmony applies an integrated approach to administering, maintaining and managing your organisation or association.  As the point of contact for your organisation we provide extensive office, administration and coordination functions.   No need for you to commit to expensive leases, computer software or hardware purchase as we work from our own office.  You also have the choice of us working on our own Membership software package or on yours if you have one.  We can:

  • Maintain your organisations office and records at our office
  • Perform financial functions using MYOB
  • Handle all incoming mail, telephone, email and fax inquiries and correspondence
  • Perform all traditional secretariat functions including board and committee support
